SECTION 20 - HYGIENE AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTIONS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories such as activewear and undergarments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even for the purpose of trying on or checking fit.
To avoid dissatisfaction or sizing issues, we strongly recommend that customers refer to the detailed sizing guides provided on each product page and follow the measurement instructions carefully before placing an order.
Additionally, to maintain hygiene integrity and resolve any potential disputes, customers are required to record an unboxing video upon receiving their package. We also implement sealed packaging for bras, shorts, and leggings to ensure product safety and quality.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above criteria or compromises the hygiene integrity of the product.
