Replacement Policy
The Breed Circus Replacement Policy allows you to return the product within 14 days of receipt for the reasons set out below and then receive your new product within 7–14 days of the day we notify you in writing of the successful evaluation of the replacement. We recommend that you submit any replacement request as soon as possible with your best interests in mind. If 14 days have elapsed since your receipt, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a replacement.
We expressly clarify that Breed Circus does not support refunds or changes to the sizes of the products you have ordered.
Status of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
A) have suffered demonstrable damage during production which was inadvertently not noticed by us,
B) or have suffered demonstrable damage during transport,
C) or a human error on our part has occurred during the packaging and shipment of your product.
Return Procedure
The return declaration is made in writing by filling in the relevant form available within the postal item, i.e. the package containing the product you originally received. Further, you are required to provide
a) clear photographs of the product,
b) the reason for replacing the product, and
c) the size of the product.
All of the above will be sent electronically to getintouch@breedcircus.com.
Provided the above steps are executed correctly, we will bear the cost of the replacement product as well as the shipping costs for you to receive the new product.

Confirmation or Rejection of Replacement
Once we have received and checked the replacement request, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know.
If approved, a replacement will be made within 7–14 days and you must return the product in your possession at your own expense. If the product you wish to have replaced is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the time you need to wait until you receive it.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you by email of the reason for this and of any shortages that may occur.
Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for us to review your request and proceed to approve or reject it.
Hygiene Notice for Activewear
For hygiene reasons, replacement or return requests for activewear (such as bodysuits, leggings, shorts, sports bras, etc.) will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, sealed in its original packaging, and returned in its original condition, including all original tags and labels.
Please note: This includes items that have been tried on — even briefly to check fit — as we cannot accept returns of any item that has been in contact with the body.
To ensure a smooth process, customers are requested to record an unboxing video when opening their package, clearly showing the condition of the item and its sealed packaging.
Breed Circus reserves the right to decline any replacement or return request if there are signs that the item has been worn, washed, opened, or otherwise used.
This policy is in place to protect all our customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Final Notes
A) For replacements where the above actions have not been carried as described strictly within 14 days, these will not be completed by our team.
B) For replacements that involve a change of product sizes, these will not be accepted by default. Therefore, we suggest, before placing your order, to proceed carefully with your measurements while consulting the methodology we have posted in the description of each product.
