Return And Refund Policy
The Breed Circus Return And Refund Policy allows you to return the product within 14 days of receipt for the reasons set out below and then receive your new product within 7–14 days of the day we notify you in writing of the successful evaluation of the return. We recommend that you submit any return request as soon as possible with your best interests in mind. If 14 days have elapsed since your receipt, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a replacement.
Status of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, your product must:
A) have suffered demonstrable damage during production which was inadvertently not noticed by us,
B) or have suffered demonstrable damage during transport,
C) or a human error on our part has occurred during the packaging and shipment of your product.
Return Procedure

Submit Request: Use the "Withdraw contract" button on our website to formally submit your notice of withdrawal.

Return the Goods: Once you have notified us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Shipping Advice: We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipping method and retain your proof of postage. This ensures both parties can confirm the status of the return.

Evidence (For Damaged/Faulty Items Only): If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage, please email getintouch@breedcircus.com with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product. This helps us process your request more efficiently.

Processing: We will process your refund once the item is received and inspected. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Confirmation or Rejection of Return
Once we have received and checked the return request, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know.
Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns (Right of Withdrawal): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item is confirmed by our team to be faulty, damaged during production, or incorrectly packaged due to a human error on our part, Breed Circus will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a prepaid label). Please note: We require photographic evidence and our team’s evaluation to confirm the damage before we can cover these costs.
Please note If your return is rejected because the item was not actually faulty or was used/washed, the customer will not be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for us to review your request and proceed to approve or reject it.
Hygiene Notice for Activewear
For hygiene reasons, return requests for activewear (such as bodysuits, leggings, shorts, sports bras, etc.) will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, sealed in its original packaging, and returned in its original condition, including all original tags and labels.
To ensure a smooth process, customers are strongly recommended to record an unboxing video when opening their package, clearly showing the condition of the item and its sealed packaging.
Breed Circus reserves the right to decline any return request if there are signs that the item has been worn, washed, opened, or otherwise used.
This policy is in place to protect all our customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Final Notes
A) For returns where the above actions have not been carried as described strictly within 14 days, these will not be completed by our team.
B) For returns that involve a change of product sizes or colors, these will not be accepted by default. Therefore, we suggest, before placing your order, to proceed carefully with your measurements while consulting the methodology we have posted in the description of each product.
