Our Company is located in Gastouni, Ilia. 

With this Policy, we inform you that our Company has the role of "dropshipper", i.e. it accepts your orders through the online store and transfers them to the selected Suppliers for their execution and shipment. We emphasize that our Company takes care of all the needs related to customer service.

In any case, for the collection of these, your consent is ensured and for the management of these, we take the utmost care, ensuring, in any case, their protection and privacy. We assure you that in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data, the Merchant has taken all the necessary organizational and technical measures and has trained and committed its staff and its authorized collaborators with regard to them.

In any case, the Merchant does not collect sensitive personal data (racial origin, political opinions, religion, health, criminal record, beliefs, etc.) nor your financial data (payment information, credit card numbers, bank details, etc.). If you wish to purchase a product, you will be directed to a Payment Service website where you provide this information directly and exclusively to the respective payment service provider.

Any information you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the Payment Service's privacy policy and not this Privacy Policy. The Merchant has no control over, and is not responsible for, any use of information by any Payment Service.

Further to the above, we add that the Merchant processes personal data lawfully as it collects and processes them exclusively for specified, explicit and lawful purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. The data held are subject to your registration and are considered accurate upon your declaration. To update them, the Company may seek your assistance. As regards the period of time for which your personal data is kept, the Merchant retains it a) for the realization of the specific purposes (for example, the execution of a purchase), b) for as long as it is bound by the relevant legislation to the extent that we are legally obliged to do so, c) to safeguard our rights and claims, as well as d) for cases of defence of the Merchant before the courts.

The Merchant collects, processes and uses the Personal Data concerning you when you browse our website, when you fill in the registration form, when you complete the order form or when you contact us via the contact form on the contact page of our website. Personal Data is always processed in accordance with the relevant legislation and this privacy policy, or in accordance with the consent given by you. The Merchant undertakes that it will not make any unauthorized use without your prior consent.
