Domestic - Greece
- Orders take up to 9-15 working days to be delivered after leaving our warehouse, depending on the carrier chosen.
- Tracking is provided for all orders. Breed Circus is not responsible for lost orders if the tracking number indicates that the order was delivered.
- Customers must enter a complete address when completing the order. Breed Circus is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- Breed Circus is not responsible for delays in shipping made by the carrier.
- Holidays, strikes, bad weather and force majeure in general may affect shipping and delivery times.
- Problems with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order.
European shipping

- Each country has its own regulations for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. Breed Circus is not responsible for any shipments that have been seized by customs or for informing the customer of the cost of customs duties on the importation of their goods.
- Customers returning due to non-acceptance of import duties or their country's customs policy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We recommend that you contact your country's customs department to determine the import rules for our products and the cost of duties. We do not take responsibility for issues with shipment related to customs.
- We are not responsible for unforeseen charges that may be applied by your country's customs office. If they charge an import fee/duty/tax we will not be responsible.
